Asheville Engagement Session
Kara and Alexander had one, well two, things in mind for their downtown Asheville engagement session – their goldendoodles, Cooper and Luna. With their furry family members by their side, these two were excited to capture the unique essence of Asheville and its most iconic landmark, the Biltmore Estate. With summer on their minds, these two dressed for the occasion. Kara wore a stunning light blue dress with cutouts at the shoulders and a long skirt. Alexander matched impeccably in a light blue suit with a lovely pink and blue tie.
Even Cooper and Luna were all smiles when getting their pictures taken.
The Biltmore Estate has a wide variety of spots that speak to every mood and effect. There are many hidden corners of the Biltmore Estate that are majestic and quiet, as well as sprawling lawns and hills that leave you breathless.
Kara and Alexander embraced and showed off her gorgeous engagement ring. They caught each other’s gaze and had no problem playfully showing affection.
With the mountains fading into the clouds behind them, they found a bench with which to pause.
Standing with the hem of her dress in her hand, the photographer captured another unique shot of her ring.
And while she played with one of the ‘doodles, Alexander also took a couple of solo photos, too.
The second half of their engagement session showed them in more casual attire, which was perfect for their continued exploration of the property.
Alexander chose a checkered shirt and brown pants, while his lovely bride donned a white dress and a floral crown.
Hand-in-hand they weaved through the wild fields of the estate, passing tall trees and endless wildflowers.
Their laidback nature was perfect for this location. They spent the remainder of their time simply enjoying each other’s company, which made for authentic and genuine moments captured on film.
From the goldendoodles to the golden sunlight, each second was warm and bright, much like the summer season. As these two look forward to their wedding day, they can look back on the Biltmore with cherished memories.
