Backyard Grand Lake Colorado Real Wedding
It is possible to have a backyard wedding that is classy and does not look like any other family function? We say absolutely. When Alba and Andrew got married in Colorado, they had an exceptional affair even though it was in a backyard. It all starts with the dress. Her gown was so unusual and really helped set the tone for the entire day. It was strapless with lace and adorned with ribbon on the waist. She complemented her outfit with a headband.
Her brides maids wore short dresses in different colors which fit the relaxed atmosphere of these nuptials.
The backyard was incredible with its lush greenery. It really looked like they were in a meadow. We just loved the background. The mountains were breathtaking. What more can we say?
While the wedding was outside, the reception was held under a tent.
Rather than using multiple round tables for their guests, they used long tables. This allowed the event to be more intimate. This was a great choice for a backyard wedding.
The table numbers were indicated with the buckets that had their guests' names. It was very unique. They also strung lights which gave it a great feeling once the sun set.
Backyard weddings are by nature more relaxed but you can still add elements to make it more than just a family party. It is still a wedding and you want it to be special. Alba and Andrew had the perfect setting but also added simple elements to transform the backyard. If you want to have your wedding in a backyard, take notes. You can have the wedding of your dreams in the comfort of your own backyard.
