Bastide Du Roy Wedding - Antibes, France.
It was a mutual love for France, and the groom’s nationality, that gave Stan and Ines reason to plan a wedding in an authentic French chateau. But Ines was born and raised in Mar del Plata, Argentina, so a wedding by the sea was a must. They settled on La Bastide Du Roy for their location – a regal and romantic spot that proved to be the venue of their dreams.
Bride Ines fell in love with a wedding gown by Ines di Santo. And how fitting since they share the same name! The fit-and-flare lace dress featured an open back, bateau neckline and lovely train.
She completed her sophisticated bridal look with statement earrings, a sleek updo, cathedral-length veil and sparkling Jimmy Choo heels.
Ines joined the groom, who donned a classic tuxedo complete with a white bow tie and baby’s breath boutonniere.
All smiles, they greeted guests bursting with love and laughter as they made their way outside. They even hopped in a classic car to make their way down the drive.
The bridal party was every bit the elegant group. Bridesmaids wore long blush pink dresses while groomsmen donned similar tuxedoes with tails and long gray ties.
Ines’ bouquet was a timeless white creation featuring white roses, veronica and eucalyptus. The abundant greenery popped against her classic white gown.
The sun broke through the trees as they took photos on the lawn of the venue, enveloping them in a warm sea of light.
The cocktail hour set-up overlooked the landscape as guests mingled around the pool and enjoyed petite French macaroons.
Everyone in attendance dined in luxurious fashion outside under the stars. Brilliant long reception tables featured tall silver candelabras, white china, clear glassware and eucalyptus table runners.
When night fell, Stan and Ines shared one last kiss on the dancefloor, witnessed by their dearest family and friends.
What began in 2015 culminated at a French chateau when Stan and Ines said “I do” in a picture-perfect wedding. From the light and airy color palette to the jaw-dropping location, this couple planned and received exactly what they wanted - a charming wedding with a touch of luxury.
