Becca + Ben Rustic Backyard North Carolina Real Wedding

There is nothing like a party in your backyard. You can relax and just have a good time. Ben and Becca showed how you can have an elaborate wedding and still maintain that same laid back feeling.

The decorations were perfect. They had candles in mason jars, lanterns adorned the lawn and they had an arch made of greenery. In addition, they had signs throughout the property giving their guests instructions of where to go and where everything was located. They were so unique since the messages were written on chalkboards. It was such a nice touch.

The bride and groom looked wonderful. Becca wore a flowing halter white gown. She did not even need lots of jewelry, lace or sequins to make it look fantastic. Her hair was in a loose bun and had a flower as an accessory. He had a grey tuxedo which blended in perfectly with her outfit.

Their bridal party was also unique. They did not have the normal matching ladies and gentlemen. Instead, they had a girl and a boy. It was so cute.

Their cake was an excellent choice. They did not have the over the top fancy cake which really would not have fit in this setting. It was a nice three tier cake that had trim of the colors of their bridal party with their initials. It was perfect. Simple yet elegant.

If you can't decide where to have your wedding, why not consider your backyard? You can use your imagination to create an unbelievable atmosphere. All venues have their pros and cons but sometimes you can have the best choice right under your nose like in your own backyard. It could definitely be the best option in some cases. Becca and Ben showed how you could have an incredible affair and still be simple. Give it some thought and your wedding can be just as amazing. Think, plan and execute. It's that easy.
