Blue Ridge Asheville NC Wedding Shoot
Blue Ridge Asheville NC wedding shoot. We’ve seen rustic weddings gain immense popularity over the last few years, but woodland celebrations are also making a special space on couples’ wedding wish lists. And the Blue Ridge Parkway near Asheville, North Carolina, is a most idyllic place for an elopement under the trees. Just about every single detail of this styled shoot uses nature as its inspiration. From the critter-designed stamps to the fern-emblazoned invitation suite, the wild and wonderful is at every corner.
An abandoned campground served as the backdrop for this serene scene. The groom sits on the steps of a small cabin, picking at a ukulele. He is dressed in a navy suit, bowtie, and fedora and his furry four-legged companion joins in, looking adorable with a stylish wreath.
The bride is styled in a strapless A-line gown with a soft and flowing appearance. But not to be overdone, she dons lace-up boots under the hem. Her hair is braided and styled with a floral and thistle crown that matches the bright and beautiful blooms in her bouquet.
A handmade canopy is draped with white fabric for a lovely ceremony spot.
The couple have many options to take secluded and intimate photos surrounded by the quietude of the forest.
The tablescape includes a moss-covered natural table, brown plates, copper mugs, and small antler additions. A few tapers and a colorful centerpiece make this a standout celebration in between two trees.
The dessert table overflows with natural and chocolaty treats. A naked cake is accompanied by mason jar desserts, marshmallow pops, and an assortment of berries.
And after an elopement, what couple doesn’t want to just relax and resign to a comfortable meal?
This bride and groom change and grab their newly-minted coffee mugs, and enjoy a hearty breakfast.
If a simple and secluded wedding is in your future, don’t discount the beauty, peace, and comfort of an intimate elopement surrounded by nature. It’s in this scene where the focus lies solely on the most organic element cherished for any wedding - love.
