Christian Texas Real Wedding
Max and Shanna’s wedding in Texas was a graceful vision of both vibrant and gentle touches. From the effervescent pink peonies to the lush outdoor setting, every detail was as charming and attractive as the couple, themselves. Their wedding was certainly inspired by springtime florals. The invitation suite featured a lovely flower wreath design that was soft and delicate.
Shanna’s dress was a modern V-neck gown with a flowing skirt and beaded belt. She accessorized with light blue heels and teardrop earrings.
For the bride, getting ready with her best girls was a treat. Each lady matched in a monogrammed pajama set and they were all smiles as they got their hair and makeup done together.
The couple exchanged heartfelt notes before the ceremony, one last chance to truly share their feelings ahead of one of the most important moments of their lives.
Guests were greeted by a personalized sign and rows of white chairs adorned with peony nosegays along the aisle.
The ceremony spot was located in front of a silky creek and featured a large white cross with an anchor of moss and flowers at its base.
Shanna walked down a petal-strewn aisle to join her handsome groom. Dressed in a classic black tuxedo, Max offered his arm and the two exchanged vows, rings, and kisses in front of a joyful group of family and friends.
After officially becoming husband and wife, the bride and groom took photos with their respective bridal parties. The bridesmaids looked brilliant in cream-colored dresses of all different styles, and the fashion matched effortlessly with Shanna’s choice of oversized bouquets filled with peonies and greenery.
Max and his groomsmen all matched in black tuxedos and looked especially sharp sporting matching smiles, as well.
Out in the open field, Max and Shanna soaked in the moment as they took their first photos as Mr. and Mrs.
They waded through the tall, wild grasses before heading in to the reception.
Inside, the floral theme continued with bright pink peonies in every twist and turn. Guests were also welcomed to the celebration with a simple, scripted seating chart and one of Shanna's bridal portraits – a true Southern tradition.
Shanna and Max’s chairs at the head table were gorgeously highlighted with swags of greenery, sashes and peonies.
And to tie in the colorful flower, the naked wedding cake featured simple tiers with buttercream and the generous embellishment of pink flowers on every level.
Max and Shanna had an emotional first dance as their guests look on lovingly towards the dance floor.
But then, the bride and her father let loose as they performed their own special dance for the crowd.
The couple enjoyed toasts from their guests and had a warm, heartfelt reception.
The fireworks were just beginning as the couple made their exit, for it was one last passionate kiss from Max that ended the night on a sweet note.
This Texas wedding was all about nature, family, and fun. Max and Shanna found a unique balance between personalizing their day and creating a timeless experience they will cherish forever. Congratulations!
