Daufuskie Island Wedding

Dena and Clark planned a breathtaking and intimate wedding at Haig Point, located on South Carolina’s Daufuskie Island. But this wasn’t any normal destination wedding. With the island only measuring five miles long and accessible only by ferry, guests were in for an adventure. The weekend-long event proved to a be a seafood, recreation, and view-filled experience that no one will forget. Historic Haig Point has the characteristic Southern charm and low-country lifestyle. Its architecture and beachfront are all radiant and simple with a quaint and endearing quality.

The couple wanted to incorporate a classic wedding feel so they opted for neutral tones throughout the entire day. To start, the bride’s bouquet featured white peonies, cream roses, and other assorted white blooms nestled in a bed of greenery.
