DIY Calgary Zoo Alberta Canada Real Wedding
Many times when you think of DIY weddings, it may appear too laid back for you. Erin and Donavon, who tied the knot at the Calgary Zoo, showed you can have items that you make and still have a stylish affair.
The light blue color and yellow were incorporated throughout the day. The flowers were yellow and they used blue ribbon. The aisle was lined with a combination of light blue and white flowers.
First, let's look at the bride. Her dress is simply stunning. The bottom of the gown just puffs out. It did not need a long train. This strapless treasure is amazing. Donavon is the perfect complement for her in his gray suit and light blue tie. The bridal party is dressed like him. The bridesmaids have short gray dresses and the groomsmen have matching suits and ties.They just look so wonderful and uniform.
Donavon and Erin truly did a lot of things to make this wedding personal.At the reception, the guests had a cork board that let them know what table to sit at. Each guest had a small white gift bag with their name on it. The program for the day had light blue borders as well as blue and yellow flowers.The candy table was also unique. They had a variety of sweets and boxes with the initials D & E. It was lined with a light blue runner and the letters LOVE. The DIY was continued throughout the day even with the decor. They had cute light blue and yellow frames with pictures of the bride and groom when they were younger.
Erin and Donavon were an amazing couple. They had an incredible wedding. They showed that you can have a stylish DIY affair. It does not matter where you get married, you can always incorporate DIY elements. It will make your nuptials special for both you and your guests.
