Fine Art Paris Wedding Styled Shoot
Paris is the quintessential city of love and romance. Every corner of this beloved location is woven with amorous detail and stunning design. For a styled elopement shoot, designers staged a romantic experience next to some of Paris's most iconic touchstones: the Eiffel Tower, Angelina's and the streets of Montmarte.
The overcast day actually made the backdrop that much more dreamy. The first stop was at the famous Eiffel Tower, where the couple posed in front of the grand structure. The groom was dressed in a classic black suit with thin black tie and white shirt. He wore a simple pink French garden rose boutonniere.
The bride wore a beautiful empire-waist gown, with sheer flower embellished neckline with straps, sheer skirt overlay and lace back. Her hair was styled in an intricate side updo with sweeping bangs and loose curl. She carried a bouquet with pink and white French garden roses and accessorized with, of course, stud Chanel earrings.
The invitation for this Parisian elopement was absolutely fitting for the occasion. With Lucky in Love's as its source of inspiration, various neutral shades of gold and gray grace the suite by way of lovely calligraphy.
The bride and groom stroll the streets hand-in-hand and make their way to Angelina's, Coco Chanel's favorite retreat for a morning cappuccino. The bright and classy establishment is the perfect place for sweet and sentimental photos.
A delicious plate of French macaroons is certainly necessary, along with some up-close shots of the bride.
Angelina's chef also created a standard French wedding tradition: a croquembouche, which is a dessert made with cream puffs stacked into a cone and bound together with caramel. A few white flower details and a satin ribbon make this dessert almost too pretty to eat.
For a final stop outside the Moulin Rouge Palace, the couple stands out next to the red awning and doors. They both hold a quiet countenance as they embrace on the steps of the famous tourist attraction.
This grand wedding getaway in Paris was nothing short of cultured, stylish and unabashedly fabulous. This styled shoot hit all the right notes for a Parisian experience. From pastries to pastels, an elopement like this would be worth a climb up the Eiffel Tower.
