Gilbert Redemption Church Arizona Wedding
Gilbert Redemption Church Arizona Wedding. The most important quality of any wedding is that it wholeheartedly reflects the couple for which it honors. For Lindsay and Jordan, their Arizona nuptials were exactly that. Their 10-month courtship was natural and easy and that’s how they envisioned their wedding day. Laidback, comfortable, colorful, and fun are the best words to describe it, but most of all, it was totally them. Gilbert Redemption Church served as the venue for their wedding day. This church is modern, it’s sleek, and it has a plethora of beautiful spots to make it both spiritually and visually appealing.
Lindsay wore a fit-and-flare Maggie Sottero gown with an illusion neckline and beaded bodice. She paired it with a lovely veil, gold flats, and a sleek braided updo. She carried a most colorful bouquet that cohesively brought together the colors of the wedding.
Her bridesmaids wore light and breezy slate gray dresses, each in a different style. And for a pop of color, they all wore cobalt blue heels for a fun and fabulous touch!
The groom and his groomsmen echoed the blue color in their attire, as well. Jordan looked handsome in a black suit with a blue tie and blue pocket square.
His groomsmen also wore similar attire to complete; however, each gentleman sported a different fun and colorful pair of socks.
Out on the sprawling courtyard, Lindsay was escorted down to the ceremony site. White chairs and a white table were the only ceremony staples while the church’s grand structure served as the backdrop.
The two said “I do” in front of their beloved friends and family and exited the ceremony beaming with smiles.
The bridal party took fun photos after the ceremony to document their friendship with the bride and groom.
Lindsay and Jordan also took some quiet, intimate photos, as well.
The reception was simple and laidback. Greeting guests was a handmade wooden sign welcoming them to the celebration. All those in attendance enjoyed dining and dancing with the new Mr. and Mrs. to the tunes of DJ Felixico.
Centerpieces were crafted with wooden slats, vintage books, and small jars of wildflowers.
The long, crisp white tables looked clean and sophisticated paired with contemporary silver chairs. It was the perfect fusion of natural and modern.
Lindsay gives this advice to fellow couples in the throes of wedding planning - “Make it who you are!” Their special day was described as “fun, easy, and enjoyable” and that’s how everyone should look back on this special moment. You may not always remember the details, but for the rest of your lives you’ll remember the feeling.
