Jenn + Chris Real Wedding Long Island New York
It is so difficult choosing your wedding/reception venue. The possibilities are endless. Do you want an indoor or outdoor event? Will it be a casual or more formal event? Well, why not choose some place that provides the best of both worlds. Jenn and Chris got married at the North folk Wineries in New York which is surrounded by luscious landscape and you can see that indoors was just as appealing due to the architecture. They really look advantage of all the venue had to offer. The landscape provided a breathtaking backdrop as they exchanged their vows. You feel as though you are out in the country at a farmhouse. It is so serene.
Don't think that if you select a venue like this that you have to make your wedding casual. You can still have the beautiful flowing white gown and your guests will feel that they are in the big white church as you exchange your vows. Your gown as well as the accessories can set the tone. Jen's dress was simply amazing and definitely made her wedding more elegant. The strapless gown was nicely adorned with beautiful appliques. Her jewelry was the perfect complement to her dress. Even the way she wore her hair helped. She used a flower on the side and placed netting on her hair to resemble a veil. It looked regal and it just made her dress stand out even more.
Let's look at the architecture next. You would the never think that you are at a winery. The large windows, thick columns and atrium design provide a spectacular setting for both the wedding and the reception. As you can see, there are also endless photo opportunities as well. This couple took pictures amongst wine bottles in racks and also the room where the wine is stored in wooden drums. Jen and Chris look as though they are in a cave. If you want unique photos then choosing a venue like this will naturally provide them.
After they exchanged their vows, they had the reception indoors. You would never think that you were at a winery. It is just beautiful. It is so much easier when you can have the wedding and reception at the same place.
As you can see, you don't have to choose. You can have the best of both worlds. But carefully selecting the venue is vital to pulling this off. Like the winery it must offer wonderful backdrops both indoors and outdoors.
This is your vision. This is your day. Explore all of your options and select a venue that will make your dreams come to life.
