We first meet this couple as they lounge on the sofa – a place we’re sure they spend a lot of time relaxing.

Central to their life together, as with many couples, is their furry family member. A beloved dog makes a key appearance in the shoot, as well.

The couple have a no muss-no fuss approach to fashion, too. She wears a light blue tunic, jeans, and no shoes! He dons a long sleeve shirt, jeans and sock feet. They are as cozy as can be.

The fun element to this shoot is capturing all the interesting details in the home. Items and mementos that hold special meaning now have a chance to shine.

The couple briefly step out on the balcony to capture the downtown scene that carries on below. High above the busy city streets is where they find their solitude.

Back inside, each corner of the apartment is interesting and attractive, giving the photographer ample options for backdrops and photo ideas.

The photographer also snaps some solo shots of the couple, as well. He’s enjoying a beverage in the living room while she hops up on the counter and then savors the light from the window.

One classic engagement shot shows the groom-to-be with his arms wrapped around his love, who casually shows off her stunning sparkler.

And of course, one last photo shows a couple in love, exchanging a kiss in the place where they share life together.
