Since she was a child, The Secret Garden was one of Hiara's favorite stories.  When Kris proposed to her, she knew that wanted her wedding to get its inspiration from this tale. She was not a ballroom type of girl. She wanted an outdoor affair that would somehow emulate the mystical nature of her childhood allegory.
