Shelburne Farms Vermont Wedding

After getting engaged at a Fourth of July barbecue in front of their closest family and friends, bride Alexandra knew that her dream wedding to Renier would be at Shelburne Farms in Shelburne, Vermont. Many of her childhood memories were spent at the beautiful location and since she met Renier while studying at the University of Vermont, it was a wedding no-brainer.

Their splendid summer wedding centered around a bright and clean color palette.

She wore a halter-style linen gown and was escorted down the aisle to an awaiting Renier in a black suit and light blue tie. The sweeping landscape and Adirondack Mountains in the distance made for a gorgeous ceremony scene.

An outdoor celebration followed with beautiful blue hydrangea and white garden roses popping up from every table.

A naked strawberry wedding cake was definitely a sweet conversation piece at their reception.

At the end of the evening, their getaway included a vintage Jaguar and a brilliant sparkler exit. But of course, nothing was nearly as classic as the bright and beautiful smiles of the new Mr. and Mrs.
