South End Rowling Club San Francisco California Wedding

What is an wedding really? It is when a man and woman exchange vows and pledge their love for each other. Why does it have to be a big event? When Caroline and Brian got married at the South End Rowing Club in San Francisco, California, it was a simple affair. No large bridal party or elaborate decorations. It was just a chance for friends and family to witness their special time. Their wedding was definitely not over the top but Caroline's dress was not just a simple gown. It was stunning. The intricate design on the strapless gown was just incredible. She accented it with vintage jewelry which reflected the more relaxed atmosphere. Her groom wore a blue suit and tie.   

  

They had the names of the guests hanging on a board with toothpicks. They also had a book that asked all of the guests to leave a message for Brian and Caroline.

  

Since it was by the water, they were able to enjoy the beauty of the water both before and after the ceremony. The reception took place indoors.

  

At the reception, they used long tables with white tablecloths and a simple floral arrangements in glass vases were in the middle. This is perfect for smaller more intimate weddings. You do not have any concerns about seat placement. The guests get their food and have a seat. It definitely takes away one of the headaches from the wedding planning process.

If you are planning a smaller, more intimate affair, why not consider a location such as this? It gives you the flexibility of having an indoor and outdoor event and you are still able to keep it simple. Simple can be nice. Simple can be beautiful. Caroline and Brian showed that you don't have to go overboard to have a wedding that will provide memories for a lifetime.
