Tabernash Colorado Wedding From Two One Photography

Tabernash Colorado Wedding. No matter which amazing places life takes you and your significant other, sometimes the only place you can imagine tying the knot is right at home. Even though Boston is where they hang their hats, Emily and Jason knew nothing could quite compare to their beloved, naturally mountainous Colorado and the Devil's Thumb Ranch in Tabernash is where it all went down.

Under a beautiful, blue heaven, Emily was escorted down a stone walkway to her groom. She selected a mermaid-style gown that hugged her curves in a flattering fashion. The bodice was made of ruched lace fabric with small pearl details and an embellished belt with satin ribbon. She wore a short elbow-length veil, which was perfect for the outdoor ceremony and accessorized with long, statement earrings and, unbeknownst to many, bright blue heels!

Her bridesmaids all wore neutral color tones which was a great complementary shade to the bright flowers of the occasion and the natural surroundings of the outdoors. Each lady wore a style that fit her best and all looked equally lovely and most of all, comfortable! With minimal accessories, the ladies, including the bride, let the bouquets do the talking. Each was fashioned with soft-hued garden roses, purple thistle, yellow ranunculus and trailing vines. They were such a different, yet elegant combination.

Waiting for her was the groom, who tried his best to fight back tears. Jason looked cool and collected in a dark gray three-piece suit with a black tie. His groomsmen wore suits in lighter shades of gray for a little variation. All the gentlemen sported boutonnieres with the same purple thistle and yellow ranunculus and white pocket squares.

After exchanging rings from the safekeeping of the ring bearer, who housed the precious jewelry in a wooden ring box in his wooden toy truck, and exchanging vows to one another, the couple sealed their promises with a kiss in front of friends, family and a beautiful structure that overlooks the Continental Divide.

Guests feted the couple inside the Broad Axe Barn, which was built with 150 year-old beams. The barn was adorned with the soft touch of white, silky draping, a special-order chandelier, and beautiful mercury glass.

The reception tables were topped with neutral colored-linens and pink napkins with flower arrangements using the same pastel-laden floral from the ceremony. With all of these delicate touches, it created a breathtaking juxtaposition between the rugged quality of the wooden barn and the romantic elegance of the affair.

Guests were offered various desserts in which to choose and were encouraged to document their attendance.

Instead of just signing a guest book, Emily and Jason asked attendees to take a Polaroid snapshot, so they could keep the memory forever.

This Tabernash Colorado wedding was teeming with natural beauty, wonder and love, with subtle notes of fun and humor sprinkled in for good measure. We hope Emily and Jason let their love and laughter shine as bright as the mountains are wide. Congratulations to this Colorado couple!
