Trabuco Canyon Ca Wedding
Trabuco Canyon Ca Wedding.
What a lovely classic wedding at Coto Valley Country Club in Coto de Caza! Julie and Henry are from Orange County and they choose their venue based on their love for Classic Elegance and a bit of the rustic. The country club also had enough space for their 200 plus guests, including family coming from Korea. This sweet couple were both studying engineering when they were introduced to each other by Julie’s brother. After hours of studying together, playing competitive ping pong at their Korean Church, and enjoying each other’s company as friends— these two eventually fell in Love!
The bride wore a Pronovias trumpet silhouette gown with a chapel length train. It’s subtle delicate beadwork traces the floral-lace illusion tulle bodice nicely. A delicate and elegant bridal headpiece in aged silver and gemstones adorned her loose curl bun updo. After the bridesmaids opened their gifts from the bride, they shared a toast in their robes with their personalized glasses the bride had drawn in gold calligraphy. The bridesmaids dresses were a lovely mauve color by Birdy Grey.
Inspired by a colorful and soft palate— Handbloom created florals with roses and ranunculus of pastel pinks, yellow and orange. With the help of her bridesmaid, the bride designed her own invitation suite, menus, and hand drawn escort cards. The talented bride also designed the calligraphy written on the banners that were a background piece for the ceremony and reception. After the first look, the bride and groom read their vows to each other that they had written on simple grey vow books by Seniman Calligraphy.
Iron chandeliers with teardrop crystals hung in the reception hall that was lined with white linen tables. The floral centerpieces added a pop of soft yellow and pink color to the room. Table numbers, hand written on white cards by the bride, stood on tiny gold pedestals, complimenting the mirror and gold tea light holders. Each place setting had a designed slender menu tucked in a napkin with a sprig of greenery. On top, lay a vellum escort card with each guest’s name written in white calligraphy.
Along the sides of the sweetheart table were tall cylindrical vases filled with water and 3 floating candles. Greenery and garland added color to the white barn doors where a the banner “better together” hung above the table. The wedding party danced the night away, yet I was able to steal the couple for a couple pictures at the end of the night!
We met at a nearby wildlife sanctuary for a “day after” session. The meadow was so beautiful and it was such a joy to capture the sweet couple more relaxed to enjoy the moment in an the open meadow with distant mountains in the background!
