Tulum Mexico Engagement. Tulum, Mexico, was the perfect place for Jonathan and Shannon’s engagement session. Their fun-loving and adventurous spirits felt right at home at the Ruinas Mayas de Tulum, where they captured colorful, tropical, and all-around beautiful photos in this quiet community along the Caribbean coast.

The vibrant culture of Mexico was apparent in every twist and turn. From lush tropical plants to vivid colors, the location couldn’t have felt more alive.

On the beach, Jonathan and Shannon embraced the rolling waves and sandy surf, looking cool and comfortable.

Jonathan dressed in a dark chambray shirt and white pants. His fiancée wore a flowing red high-low dress that caught the breeze in sheer synchronicity.

Together, they clutched a small bouquet of bright pink flowers with ivory-colored ribbons that danced with every movement of the wind.

Each nuzzled the other as they stood in close proximity atop a small beached rock, while the water pooled around them.

They stepped off and let the ocean float up to their ankles, wading in the warm waves.

For one brief moment, the beach was all theirs and the sun smiled down on them before it said goodnight to Tulum.

For Jonathan and Shannon, this paradise of a location was the ideal choice for their simplistic engagement shoot, effortlessly capturing the magic of what makes their relationship so special. No matter where life takes them, they will always have this memorable day in Tulum.
