Unique Wedding Cake Toppers

The days of topping your wedding cake with just a bride and groom or just flowers are over. There are so many things that you can also choose for the top that will adorn your cake and represent you.

For example, you could have your initials. There are a variety of ways that this can be done. You could have it made in metal such as silver, it could be done in twine or even as a pennant displayed in our picture. No matter which one you choose, it will make a statement about you and your spouse.

You could even have a word in a design as you can see from LOVE. It represents how you feel and it says so much about the day. It is almost as though you were shouting it out for everyone to hear and each one is magnified louder.

Another suggestion is using a symbol such as the fish. The croqueted fish are too cute and as they turn to each other it is definitely like the couple taking their first kiss after they say I do.

Just remember that you don't have to stick with the traditional when selecting the top of the wedding cake. This can make as much of a statement as the design of the cake or how it taste. Don't underestimate its value. Choose wisely.
