From the planner: As soon as I saw the beautiful drive at Wormslow Plantation in Savannah, I knew that it deserved to have it's own shoot done there. I wanted to keep everything simple so that Old Town Savannah and the nature at Wormslow could be the main focus (besides the bride) for the shoot. With so much history spewing out of Savannah, I knew that I wanted the dress to reflect that by having a 20's inspired dress with a modern twist. To keep the focus on the scenery and the bride, the decision was made to keep the flowers simple by going to Trader Joe's to pick out white flowers with greenery and put together loosely to give it a romantic feel. In keeping with the natural and effortless trend, we kept the Bride's hair and makeup very natural by showing her freckles and using her natural curl for her updo and shot in film for a light, airy and romantic feel
