California Engagement Photos from Leif Brandt
California Engagement Photos from Leif Brandt. If you ever ask yourself is it too late to take engagement photos? the answer is simply NO. Zach and Christina are already married. In fact, they've gotten married twice. Their first ceremony was very intimate with just a Maid of Honor and Best Man and took place in Oahu, Hawaii. The second ceremony, a year later, was held in the snowy mountains of Big Bear, and included family and friends.
Because of their unique situation, they never had the chance to take engagement photos. They seized the opportunity and captured their love in the nature preserve of Fallbrook, California.
Zach chose a tan suit with casual white V-neck T-shirt underneath. Christina looked stunning in a strapless black lace dress with a sheer skirt and black belt. She accessorized with delicate gold jewelry. Their looks were simple and understated, perfect for the location.
The photographer allowed the couple to interact and explore their surroundings, while capturing special moments in between. It proves that any spot can be memorable, whether it's a boulder, a natural path or low-hanging branches catching the sunlight.
Zach and Christina were also photographed separately for an up-close examination of their looks. The final sweet moment of the shoot came when Zach, who is much taller than Christina, embraced his wife who stood on a dilapidated tree branch so their faces could meet.
As a married couple, you've committed to love for a lifetime, thus there's no expiration date on an engagement photo. Capture the memories when you can because whether it's now or later, you'll look back and cherish them as a part of the journey.
