Early Mountain Vineyard Virginia Wedding
Set deep in the foothills of the Blue Ridge, Early Mountain Vineyard was the venue of choice for Stevie and David’s wedding. With the sun bouncing light off everything beneath it, these two wed outside in a splendid ceremony, filled with flowers and panoramic views before celebrating in high style.
Up the road of this historic property, Stevie got ready in the Guest Cottage.
Her gown, hung beautifully on the floor-length mirror, was a strapless A-line silhouette with a modern sweetheart neckline and floral lace design.
With her hair pulled back in a sleek updo and a veil tucked neatly in place, Stevie dotted her eyes as she read a letter before the ceremony. She grabbed her bouquet and peep-toe heels and made her way to lawn.
With his best guys by his side, David slipped on his black bow tie and boutonniere to complete his wedding day look.
Guests gathered on the lawn of Early Mountain Vineyard and soaked in nature’s beauty as the bridal party ascended on the ceremony location. Overflowing flower arrangements marked the special spot.
Bridesmaids, each dressed in a pale shade of blush, took their turn down the aisle. Then, it was Stevie’s time to shine. As she was escorted down the aisle, her eyes locked with David’s.
They took each other’s hands and made their promises before all in attendance.
After sealing their vows with a kiss, they retreated back up the aisle, officially as husband and wife, wearing new rings and bright smiles.
The brilliant bridal party took photos with the happy couple after the ceremony, the light and dark colors complementing the imposing Virginia countryside. Stevie removed her veil for photos with David, allowing her to float freely about the property.
A gorgeous reception followed, where guests were treated to delicious hors d’oeuvres for cocktail hour on the patio while the couple finished their post-ceremony photos.
Inside the Event Hall, scores of candles lit up the room with a romantic glow as guests found their seats. White linen-covered tables and chivari chairs filled the space.
Delicate centerpieces, laser-cut table numbers, and votive candles provided a lovely mix of elegant and modern touches.
The couple enjoyed their first dance as husband and wife while guests admired from the edges of the dance floor.
And after an evening of celebrating, the two made their exit in between two rows of sparkler-wielding guests, showering them in a flurry of fireworks.
Everything about Stevie and David’s wedding at Early Mountain Vineyard was resplendent. It’s a brilliant reminder that anything can feel grand and spectacular but the unmistakable love of two people can make it a truly memorable experience.
