Less is More Wedding Shoot.

The theme of our shoot was "less is more". I often saw that there are so many wonderful styled shoots that are full of extravagant details and over the top floral, but I don't really see minimal inspired shoots. So I took the initiative to put together a shoot that showcases that less is more.

My vision would not have came true if it wasn't for Jessica with The White Fiore who helped partake in finding the elements that composed perfectly with our theme.

I absolutely loved the bouquet and garland Kristin with Kristen Mccurdy Studios made for us. She used different varieties of greenery to not only add texture but also added in white roses to pop in the greenery bouquet. It was the perfect blend! We reused the garland from the sweetheart table and had installed it on the wall for some creative shots.

The look we wanted for our lovely bride was natural yet feminine. Alyssa (with Alyssa Alexandra Artistry) and Claudia (with Make Me Up Artistry) teamed up effortlessly and executed a beautiful sleek up-do with a dewy finish makeup look. The definition look of a modern bride, I'd say!

One of my favorite piece from the shoot was the stationery suite made by Jian Loh with Jianery.co. The suite that Jian provided for us consisted of handmade paper that had simple typography on them. I also loved the added texture the torn edges gave to the whole suite.

Sometimes when you overthink about what "less is more" should look like, it can get very overwhelming. But with the team that I had, they brought my vision to life and I could not be more thankful to each and every one of them for making this happen.
