Tropical Pink Wedding Inspo
Tropical Pink Wedding Inspo - Vallejo, California.
There’s something so romantic about spring weddings whether it's the blossoming of the flowers or the fact you know it's the beginning of wedding season so it's no wonder why it's such a popular time to get married. Inspired by the teams love for bright colors and with spring around the corner, I entertained the idea of a Summer Tropical styled shoot and approached Radostina one my favorite film photographers. We instantly knew that we wanted to incorporate a non-traditional color into the shoot such a hot pink but really wanted to inspire brides not be afraid of color. It’s about that time of year where wedding pros are dying for summer to get here! We wanted to inspire you with a fresh palette of pinks, yellows and corals and the Lighthouse venue provided the perfect foundation for a spring fling photoshoot, and we’re totally smitten by the beautiful colors in this shoot.
I love designing and creating wow factors and of course the key color was pink but that didn't stop us from incorporating a mixture of bright colors in the design and details . This style shoot revolved around three simple words Modern, Bright and Fun . I focused the design on acrylic and modern elements with a mixture of old favorites such as candle tapers, clear chargers, and of course velvet. I brought on board an amazing group of vendors to help capture our concept, Marysu from Cassia Foret created the most stunning bright centerpieces and bouquet that we ever laid eyes on. Jolene from Batter Up Cakery created the most soft and feminine cake and cookie place cards were definitely a statement piece. The Lighthouse venue was the perfect backdrop with lots of greenery and beautiful palm trees. With a killer backdrop to embrace our bold and bright color palette. I knew immediately I wanted to center the shoot around our newest spring velvet runners, who saws velvet can only be done in the fall. A bright pink velvet runner was the statement piece on the tablescapes and those ghost chairs tied our modern concept. The stunning wedding dresses from the Ju.Lee collection and Kendra Scott jewelry were the perfect amount of modern glam. We saw this shoot as an opportunity to step away from more traditional wedding colors and aspired to highlight the tropical side of the venue and focus on bright colors. The team created a look focused on texture complemented by a color palette rich in pinks, blushes, oranges, yellows, golds, greenery and whites. We lightened up the space modern lounges, velvet pillows, and pretty vibrant flowers. I am ecstatic with how well all of the elements turned out. We hope you enjoyed our colorful Spring Fling shoot as much as we did. Special thanks to Radostina who brought our design and vision to life with her eye for detail shots and stunning photography.
