Mayowood Stone Barn MN Wedding
Elle and Bryce’s real wedding at Mayowood Stone Barn was the epitome of a color-filled dream. Various florals, a spectrum of color, and a rustic location all combined for day of whimsy and charm. The invitation suite had the perfect balance between detail and color. A light brown envelope and modern text were off-set with a large flower detail on the inner flap of the envelope.
The boutonnieres were crafted with tiny white flowers, thistle, and succulents.
The only way to describe Elle’s bridal style was delicate. She wore a pair of gold-colored flats with an intricate design.
Elle wore a gorgeous flower crown with pastel flowers. She accompanied it with a simple pair of stud earrings.
Her bouquet touched on an entire spectrum of florals. Protea, succulents, roses, thistle, and more all combined for a colorful display.
All of the accessories were a wonderful addition to her lace wedding gown. The fit-and-flare silhouette featured lace from the straps to the hem.
Her bridesmaids wore long dusty green dresses in various styles. They, too, carried bouquets that were full of texture and color.
All the bouquets were also tied with long satin ribbons.
Bryce’s wedding day look was simple. A white shirt, black tie, and gray suit were all this groom needed to say “I do.”
The ceremony location featured gorgeous natural wooden beams and walls that made every little detail shine. Strings of lights provided a warm glow across the ceiling. And as guests looked on from their pews, the couple promised forever in a sweet and sentimental ceremony.
After exchanging vows, the couple took photos in the venue. The barn was the perfect spot to represent the rustic, romantic charm of the day with its whitewashed exterior.
A quick turn shows the gorgeous illusion back detail of the bride’s dress.
They explored the property hand-in-hand as they made their way to the reception.
Elle incorporated an inventive floral technique in the reception space. Stems of flowers and greenery were hung by colorful ribbon from the opening in the porch for a unique alternative to floral décor.
Guests were greeted by a bicycle-embellished sign and an offering of tiny metal bicycles.
The escort card display was created with colorful pots of succulents and small paper flags.
The reception space was resplendent. The rugged stone wall was offset by the graceful table. A collection of ribbon-hung flowers also dangled over the table, which was decorated with tall clear vases and assorted small flower arrangements.
The cake also incorporated the flower inspiration. The three-tiered cake featured a ruffle effect and included a cascade of greenery and a “best day ever” cake topper.
Much like the lit sign behind the cake, Elle and Bryce’s day was full of love. It was a vision come true thanks to the unique style of flowers and décor so representative of the sweet and charming couple.
