Bloomfield Hills MI Wedding.

My wedding day was so surreal! I woke up feeling calm, rested and beautiful! It was a sunny, gorgeous, August day in Michigan. I had my best friends and family members getting ready with me at my house. We had my favorite country music station playing in the background. My maid of honor started popping the champagne around lunch time and that’s when things started getting real! I was so excited to finally get to marry the man of my dreams, and start the celebration off with my favorite people. The day was organized and everything flowed perfectly. Shanell did an amazing job capturing all the shots we wanted from the pre ceremony to the reception. She was easy to work with and somehow kept everyone on track in a very chill and organized fashion. The pre-ceremony celebration ended and I headed to church with my parents in a 1940 Lincoln Cabriolet, with the polka band playing as we left!

The whole day went by so fast and I have so many favorite parts. Officially marrying my best friend, in front of all our friends and family was the highlight, and of course dancing the night away at the reception!

My advice to future brides would be to relax! Hire a top reviewed photographer and planner to take charge on your big day and the days leading up. On your wedding day, take some time just with you and your new husband to let it all soak in! The day is about you and him, and all of your best friends and family members are celebrating your love and union. Lastly, dance like no one is watching and have the best day of your lives!
